Your Traveling Dance Consultants
877EZDANCE places certified traveling dance instructors inside churches, YMCAs, JCCs, senior and community centers. You provide the room. We bring the teachers, the students and the marketing, and you earn from space that usually sits empty.
The opportunity
Most community halls, sanctuaries and multipurpose rooms sit unused Monday to Friday during the day. That same room is exactly what a dance program needs. We turn those quiet hours into warm, low impact activity your members already ask for, with none of the work landing on you.

In the community now
This is not a concept. 877EZDANCE classes are already running in Northern Virginia, with Maryland next.
Fairfax, Virginia
A series of ballroom and social dance classes for members, taught by our instructors in the JCC's own studio room. A room that used to sit quiet now fills with music and people dancing.
Potomac, Maryland
A beautiful hall that sits empty most of the week. We're working with the congregation to bring a dance program to their members and the neighborhood.
How it works
No build out, no equipment, no upfront cost. We slot into your calendar and do the heavy lifting.
Give us your off peak hours. A hall with a floor is all we need.
A certified, vetted teacher from our traveling network runs the classes.
We market to your members and the local area, and take the bookings.
Your community gets moving and connected. You earn from every session.
Two nonprofits, one mission
The Garry Gekhman Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) built around dance education and community wellbeing. When we partner, it is two community institutions working together to keep people active, connected and joyful, especially older adults with time to give and a love of dancing.
That opens a different kind of conversation with your board, and a different kind of programming for your members.
Where we belong
Social halls and fellowship rooms make beautiful, spacious dance floors during the week.
A member base, a program calendar and rooms that sit empty off peak. A perfect fit.
Low impact social dance is one of the most loved activities for active older adults.
Turn a multipurpose room into a weekly highlight on your community calendar.
The dance
From a first waltz to a wedding first dance, our instructors teach the classic social and ballroom styles that bring people onto the floor and keep them coming back.
Built on a champion's studio
877EZDANCE is founded by Garry Gekhman, 2007 US Professional Ballroom Champion and a guest performer on Dancing With The Stars. His flagship, Tysons Ballroom & DanceSport Center in Vienna, Virginia, has grown a loyal community since 2017 with more than 170 five star reviews.
We are not starting from theory. We are taking a proven studio, a proven teaching method and a champion's credibility, and making them available to communities everywhere through the spaces they already trust.
For instructors
If you are a certified ballroom, Latin or social dance instructor, join a traveling network that hands you a room, a schedule and students, without the cost and stress of running a studio. You teach. We handle the rest.
Partner with us
Tell us about your space and we will come back with a simple, no obligation plan for a pilot program. There is never a cost to explore it.
